Education and training play an important role in improving the human development index, which is a prerequisite for contributing to economic development and socio-political stability.<\/p>\n<p>Along with the trend of international integration, Mathematics and Foreign Languages are always the most basic subjects and need to be nurtured early. Recognizing the importance of these subjects, in 2019, the Institute of Creative Education Science Research (a unit authorized by the International Organizing Committee to organize the SEAMO English Math Olympiad in Vietnam) organized the SEAMO exam for Vietnamese students to participate.<\/p>\n<p>The SEAMO English Math Olympiad is built on the Ministry of Education of Singapore\u2019s plan to develop key competencies in the 21st century.
